1. Program Description
Lens + Linen, a brand of Kalium LLC, sends conversational (two-way) text messages to people who have opted in through our inquiry form. Messages relate to the inquiry you submitted, the gift-set previews we prepare for you, and the status of any orders you place. This is not a recurring marketing or promotional broadcast program.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in by entering your mobile number on our inquiry form and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Because the program is conversational, the number of messages you receive depends on your inquiry and any orders you place.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Lens + Linen does not charge for the text messages it sends, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply according to your plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you any further text messages unless you opt in again.

7. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excepting vendors acting on our behalf solely to deliver messages (e.g., our messaging provider).
